Dennis Thomas, President, leads the Dunlap team. He holds an MA and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut. He also has a BA in Psychology from Samford University.

Lindsey Graham is a Research Associate at Dunlap. She holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an Occupational Health Psychology certificate from the University of Connecticut. She also has a BS in both Biological Sciences and Psychology from Virginia Tech. 

Jenna Darrah is a Research Associate at Dunlap. She holds a BS in Psychology from Clemson University, and an MS in Human Factors Psychology from North Carolina State University. 

Jennifer Thomas is the Office Manager and Corporate Secretary for Dunlap. She holds a BS from the University of Bridgeport. 

Emily Brunsen is a Research Associate at Dunlap. She holds a BA in both Psychology and Studio Arts from the University of Iowa. She is a Doctoral Candidate in Human Factors and Applied Cognition at North Carolina State University.  

Bethany Salapek is a Research Assistant at Dunlap.  She holds a BA in Psychology from North Carolina State University. 

Richard Blomberg, Vice President, is known worldwide for his research, consulting, case planning and expert witness activities related to human factors, safety and transportation. He has more than 50 years of experience and helps clients identify true needs and innovative approaches. He holds a BA and an MS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Columbia University.

Tim Wright is a Principal Associate at Dunlap. He holds a BA in both Psychology and Philosophy from Wheeling Jesuit University, and an MS and PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Florida State University.  

 Kraig Finstad is a Principal Associate at Dunlap. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California-Irvine, an MA in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento, and a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of New Mexico. 

 Susan Blomberg is an Office Manager at Dunlap. She has an MA in Education from Columbia University and a BA in Education from Finch College.
