Dennis Thomas, President, leads the Dunlap team. He holds an MA and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut. He also has a BA in Psychology from Samford University.
His areas of expertise include: Dr. Thomas’ professional experience at Dunlap encompasses a wide range of topics, but has been primarily focused on transportation safety. Within transportation safety, Dr. Thomas has worked on the development and evaluation of a number of safety programs for passenger vehicle drivers, commercial vehicle drivers, and pedestrians/bicyclists. In addition, he has applied his Human Factors expertise to aviation and litigation support.
Richard is the Vice President at Dunlap. He holds a BA and an MS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Columbia University.
His areas of expertise include: Consulting, Case Planning, and expert witness activities related to human factors, safety and transportation. He has more than 50 years of experience and helps clients identify true needs and innovative approaches.
Jenna is a Research Associate at Dunlap. She holds a BS in Psychology from Clemson University and an MS in Human Factors and Applied Cognition from NC State.
Her areas of expertise include: Highway/Traffic Safety, Alcohol and Drugged Driving, Statistical Analyses, and Young/Novice Drivers
Tim is a Principal Research Associate at Dunlap. He holds a BA in both Psychology and Philosophy from Wheeling Jesuit University, and an MS and PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Florida State University.
His areas of expertise include: Distracted Driving, Pedestrian/Bicycle Safety, Pupil Transportation, Automation, Observational Study Design, Crash Report Analyses, Eye Tracking, and Simulation
Emily is a Principal Research Associate at Dunlap. She has a PhD in Human Factors and Applied Cognition from NC State. She also holds a BS in Psychology and BFA in Studio Arts from the University of Iowa.
Her areas of expertise include: Older Drivers, Naturalistic Driving Studies, Adaptability/Mobility, Large Scale Data Collection, Feedback and Learning/Performance, User-Centered Design, and Driving Simulator Design
Kraig is a Principal Research Associate at Dunlap. He holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California-Irvine, an MA in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento, and a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of New Mexico.

Matt is a Principal Research Associate at Dunlap. He holds an Ph.D. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Dr. Romoser also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

Adam is a Principal Research Associate at Dunlap. He holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Cognitive Psychology as well as a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
